Useful Information
During your first visit we have a discussion around your health concern and your general health. Feel free to share anything you find relevant to your health. Everything matters. Afterwards we proceed with the physical examination and the treatment.
It would be better if you are not coming on an empty stomach or with it too full. 30 minutes after a meal are okay to receive a treatment.
A typical appointment lasts between 60 and 70 minutes, except the first one that may last up to 90 min.
If you are coming for a Tuina massage, please bring a large towel with you, if possible.
Insurance coverage
Acupuncture and Tuina treatments may be partially reimbursed if they are included in your insurance package. Visit zorgwijzer.nl for more information about your insurance.
Policies
Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before. Qi clinic has the right to request payment of a full hour’s treatment (75 €) should you cancel later than 24 hours before.

For any disputes concerning the treatment effects, procedures, and professional conduct you can contact me personally at dim.vazourakis@gmail.com. In the event that you are not satisfied with the answers you may look for further options at the site of the S.C.A.G. dispute committee. www.s.c.a.g.nl
Handling of Personal Data
As alternative medicine practitioners we don’t have the right to share your information without your permission with any third party. We are however obligated to store your data safely for 20 years.You can read further in our privacy statement about how we handle your personal data and your rights regarding those.
