Cupping Therapy
Cupping has not only been used in China for centuries. It was also a widely used treatment method in ancient Egypt and Greece. In the meantime, Europe and America have also discovered and embraced it.
With cupping therapy, round cups (usually made of glass or silicone) are vacuum-sucked onto the skin. This pulls the skin up slightly, which directs the blood to the area in question. This stimulates blood circulation in the skin and muscles. Nutrients are better supplied and waste products are effectively removed from the body. Tensions are released and adhesions in the connective tissue are resolved with complete relaxation as a result.
No wonder cupping is now preferred by many athletes and people who suffer from muscle tension. You can usually recognize it by the typical round markings on their skin, where the round cups were.

What the marks are doing beneath the skin
Reduces pain
Removes waste from microcirculation
Improves blood flow to the superficial areas
Relaxes stiff muscles
In Chinese Medicine, cupping therapy is used in the treatment of many conditions like cardiovascular diseases, fibromyalgia, common cold, and musculoskeletal pain.
